Tools
Reqable: A New Generation API Debugging/Testing and Packet Capture Tool
Reqable is a cross-platform HTTP development and debugging tool designed to provide efficient API testing and packet capture debugging for developers and testers.

Does this icon look familiar? That’s right, this new product was created by the team behind the original “Little Yellow Bird“ HttpCanary.
What is Reqable?
Reqable = Fiddler + Charles + Postman
This tool currently has a free Community Edition, and also offers Professional and Enterprise editions. For the author, who occasionally uses it for Android packet capture, the Community Edition is more than enough, and it’s even friendlier on newer systems like Android 14. After all, the classic Little Yellow Bird is no longer maintained.
Three-Finger Drag on Windows Touchpads, macOS-Style
ThreeFingerDragOnWindows is an open-source tool that lets you drag windows using the touchpad. It’s now available on the Microsoft Store.
Spotube: An Open-Source, Cross-Platform Spotify Client Without a Premium Subscription
Spotube is an open-source, cross-platform Spotify client that uses Spotify’s data API with YouTube, Piped.video, or JioSaavn as audio sources, letting users enjoy high-quality music without a Spotify Premium subscription.

It supports logging in with Spotify to listen to your familiar playlists, but with better audio quality (using other sources like YouTube Music). It also supports anonymous listening. And of course, no ads.

The downside is that it doesn’t support Spotify shows and podcasts, and it seems to lack Spotify’s Smart Shuffle.
PS: If you run into proxy issues, check out this Issue.
Buzz: An Easy-to-Use Audio-to-Text Tool

Buzz is an open-source tool that uses OpenAI’s open-source Whisper model to transcribe audio to text. It’s easy to use and produces good results.

It supports exporting to txt, srt, or vtt formats. In my tests with the Medium model, export time was roughly equal to the audio duration.
json4u: JSON Visualization
JSON for you is an online JSON visualization tool.
