A test of migrating my personal blog to Hexo.

Why Migrate?

I was previously using the Solo framework, which, as its name suggests, is fairly niche and runs as a dynamic blog. Today, I suddenly felt like trying a static blog, so I chose the Hexo framework.

The biggest takeaway is its strong customization capabilities and rich ecosystem. Even though I didn’t write much code during the tinkering process, it genuinely felt like I was building a website of my own—one that feels like my own child. Honestly, I wouldn’t have thought this way if I didn’t have a free day to spare.
